Helping others 1We will learn about five emphatic habits and discuss strategies to increase empathy with and between those living with dementia. We will explore opportunities and methods for putting empathy into action and use empathy as part of a strategic plan to reduce senior bullying.

This webinar will be held on May 23, 2018, 1200-1:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

The Java Webinar Series is a partnership between Bruyère Centre for Learning Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care, Bruyère Continuing CareJava Group Programs and Carleton University, with funding provided by the Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation.

The webinars are presented by Kristine Theurer, (MA, Gerontology), President of Java Group Programs.
