Rebecca Field Jager is a fantastic writer of all things interesting who lives in Toronto, Ontario. She recently wrote an article in the Canadian Zoomer magazine called “When Bingo is not enough” about the new peer support group phenomenon happening in senior living.
Rebecca attended a peer support group called the Java Music Club in a care home in Ontario called the Village of Wentworth Heights.
“I was moved and impressed by everyone involved, and participating in the Java Music Group was an enlightening, emotional experience that I’m sure will enrich the story (as well as my life)! Such hope and joy during what could otherwise be such a bleak time for many.”
